Disqualification Time Frames for Intentional Program Violations (IPV) 400-28-160-35

Individuals who have committed an Intentional Program Violation (IPV) will be disqualified the following time periods:

• 12 months for the 1st offense
• 24 months for the 2nd offense
• Permanently for the 3rd or subsequent offense
